CHALLENGE:
Over the years Virgin Mobile went from a one-brand portfolio to a postpaid/prepaid portfolio, to a three-brand portfolio. Virgin Mobile beginning to offer:
- Virgin Mobile Beyond Talk -Monthly Unlimited Data
- payLo – pay as you go / pay by the minute
- Broadband2Go – wireless broadband service
Each brand has its own device lineup, plan options, and branded look and feel. The web challenge was how to best organize the different product offerings, within each brand identity, that makes it clear to the consumer:

SOLUTION:
We executed a full website redesign and multiple transformations, restructuring navigation and the shopping funnel to align with our growing portfolio. To enhance user experience, we adopted Alfresco CMS for its flexibility and customization.
Success was measured through customer feedback, engagement metrics, and site performance. We implemented tools like Omniture Analytics, Ratings & Reviews, Live Chat, and mobile shopping to improve product education, reduce barriers, and boost sales.
Following the September 2012 restructuring, the site achieved record-high satisfaction scores and sales. We remain committed to continuous improvement, using analytics and research to eliminate barriers, increase conversions, and elevate customer satisfaction.
