Hi, I’m Shannon—founder of Winnicki Digital, website strategist, growth marketer, and full-time RV explorer.
My story starts in Michigan, where I grew up dreaming of big cities and bigger purpose. That dream took shape in my early twenties when I moved to New York City—a city that became both my classroom and my launchpad.
In NYC, I dove headfirst into the digital world, eventually leading a $2M+ e-commerce website overhaul at Virgin Mobile that grew online sales from 3% to 25%. It was fast-paced, high-pressure, and thrilling—and it gave me a deep understanding of what truly drives results online.
But I wasn’t done yet.
Craving new perspectives, I made my way to Silicon Valley, joining Intermedia, a cloud software company. There, I shifted from DTC to B2B, leading a full brand and website refresh, rolling out a new CMS, and even integrating AI-driven personalization. I discovered that great websites aren’t just pretty—they’re powerful tools when built with intention.
Eventually, I found my way north to the Pacific Northwest, drawn in by the mountains, trees, and a more grounded lifestyle. I joined Papa Murphy’s HQ, where I led two massive website redesigns and developed a customer lifecycle program that helped increase online revenue by 80%.
By 2023, after nearly two decades in corporate marketing, I felt called to do something more personal, more flexible, and more aligned with how I wanted to live and work. I launched Winnicki Digital—and took my business (and my two fur babies) on the road, living full-time in my RV and building websites from wherever the signal’s strong and the view is beautiful.
