CHALLENGE:
Intermedia, a leading provider of cloud-based services earned its place as the top reseller of Microsoft Exchange services in the United States. Since its inception in 2000, the company has continually expanded its portfolio of business applications, achieving remarkable growth over the past 15 years. Now boasting a roster of 20 business applications and a workforce of 700 employees, the time had come for the website to evolve in tandem with the company's expansive growth.

However, the challenge lies in the complexity of Intermedia's product suite. This complexity often left business owners struggling to grasp the full spectrum of offerings and what set Intermedia apart from its competitors. As part of our website redesign mission, we faced the task of enhancing the brand's online presence, improving the user experience, and effectively organizing the content into easily digestible segments.

Furthermore, we sought a more widely supported content management system (CMS) that offered flexibility and customization without the need for developer intervention, ensuring that even simple content changes could be made effortlessly.
SOLUTION:
We embarked on a journey to revamp the brand, infusing it with a more human touch. We revamped the visual aesthetic while retaining the brand's signature colors throughout the website.

In our quest to enhance user experience, we mapped out the user journey for each specific use case, intelligently segmenting content into easily digestible sections that seamlessly guided users through their exploration. This approach ensured that business owners could access high-level details upfront, while those deeper in their research could delve into more technical information.

Aligning with Intermedia's marketing objective of becoming a thought leader in the cloud business applications domain, we strategically placed downloadable assets on product pages. This strategic placement makes valuable content more accessible.
Additionally, we strategically integrated the 'Why Choose Intermedia' narrative throughout the website to educate prospects about the Intermedia difference—a seamless, Worry-Free experience.

For an efficient content management solution, we adopted Fuel, a PHP-based platform that empowers easy content updates, image swaps, and page additions without the need for a developer.

Following the launch, we aimed to enhance website optimization, delivering a personalized experience tailored to our visitors' specific business verticals. This goal led us to Optimizely, a real-time personalization tool enabling us to customize messaging and experiences based on visitors' IP addresses. This enhancement proved highly successful, resulting in a notable 31% improvement in lead generation.
