Over the years Virgin Mobile went from a one-brand portfolio to a postpaid/prepaid portfolio, to a three-brand portfolio.  Virgin Mobile beginning to offer:​

  2. payLo – pay as you go / pay by the minute

  3. Broadband2Go – wireless broadband service

SOLUTION:

We underwent a full website redesign, as well as multiple website transformations, meticulously reorganizing and restructuring the navigation and upper shopping funnel to seamlessly align with our expanding portfolio. Our primary goal was to provide an exceptional user experience. To achieve this, we selected Alfresco CMS as our new content management system, as it offered wide support and could be easily customized to accommodate the new designs and structure.

With each iteration, we gauged success through comprehensive analysis, including customer and prospect feedback, site satisfaction, engagement metrics, and site performance. We implemented website tools and services to improve product education, reduce conversion barriers, reduce shopping cart abandonment, increase online sales, provide better user experience, increase website satisfaction rating, enable user engagement and optimize the website.
